Huckabee

Huck is a large pony who belongs to Meghan Scott.  He joined the Shadowvale crew in June 2009.  Meghan will spend this summer getting to know Huck with plans to show in the Short Stirrup Division on the Southwest Trillium Circuit in 2010.

Oggy

Oggy is a 4 year old OTTB.  He joined the Shadowvale crew as a surprise birthday gift for his owner, Rachel, in June 2009. This summer and winter will be spent working on his training.  Rachel plans to show him as a hunter in 2010.

Muskoka

"Koka" is a four year old, 16hh, grey, Thoroughbred/Hannoverian gelding by the Goldschlager line.  He is green but very willing.  He w/t/c, has natural lead changes, and jumps a course with no hesitation.  Has schooled over 2'6" but has the scope to go much higher.  This is a special horse just looking for the right rider.

Diamond


Diamond joined the Shadowvale crew in January 2009. Diamond has previous experience in the hunter ring and she and her owner, Jenn, have an eternal partnership.

Mac

Mac is the most senior member of the Shadowvale crew and one of the kindest horses in the barn.  He is a 15.2hh QH gelding.  He and his young rider have an amazing friendship!

Blue                                                                           



Blue is an 11.1hh dark bay shetland pony.  Blue is currently competing at various schooling shows.  He has previous experience in the Short Stirrup Division.

 TY

Ty is a 17hh registered TB gelding.  Ty came off the track and has been competing in the hunter ring for the past 4 years. He is an amazing horse with a huge heart and a gentle spirit. 

SATIN

Congratulations to Lyndsey Corbett on the purchase of Satin.  Satin and Lyndsey will spend this summer getting to know each other with a goal of competing in the Large Pony Division on the Southwest Trillium Circuit.

IZZY

Izzy is a six year old arab cross mare. She is sensible and a quick learner. She and her young rider are learning a lot from each other.  They are spending this season competing at the schooling level with hopes to compete on the Trillium Circuit during the 2010 season.

GONE BUT NOT FORGOTTEN...

EAZY DOZZIT

Eazy was a remarkable horse!  He came to Shadowvale in 1996 and passed away December 13, 2006.  Over his show career, Eazy earned many champion ribbons on both the Trillium and A Circuits.  He was certainly one of a kind and will never be forgotten.  Rest in peace Eazy Beazy.

SIMON
Simon was beyond special!  He had eyes that could melt one's heart and a personality as sweet as a puppy dog.  Simon had the potential to be successful in any discipline.  He took to his training as a hunter with ease.  Simon was well-loved by everyone who knew him.  He holds a special place in all of our hearts.
